Project Name: Hargeisa SmartMap
Goal: To build a custom, highly accurate digital map of Hargeisa with real-time GPS tracking and optimized routing to help taxi and delivery apps reduce confusion and improve customer experience.

⚙️ How the Project Will Work
- Map all roads, alleys, and landmarks in Hargeisa using OpenStreetMap and GPS tracking.
- Build a lightweight mobile app (MVP) that shows:
- Real-time user and driver locations
- Suggested pick-up points based on landmarks and road access
- Offer the map as an API/SDK to taxi and delivery apps.
- Keep the map updated monthly with community-sourced data.
